Graveside services for Rosalie T. “Mrs. Rose” Maxey will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 27 at Liberty Chapel Cemetery, Williana with Rev. Joe Johnson officiating. The family requests that visitation be observed from 4 PM to 8 PM on Sunday, January 26 at Gallagher Funeral Home. Mrs. Rose was born on September 1, 1951 in Pineville and passed from this life on Friday, January 24, 2020 at her residence in Dry Prong. She was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Mae Bass. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 51 years, John Maxey of Dry Prong, son Brian Maxey of Seattle, Washington, brother Jerry Bass and wife Janice of Jena, LA, cousins Jean Aycock and Margaret Poplin of Olive Branch, MS and a host of extended family and friends.
