Steven D. Seal, 69, passed away at his home on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 under the care of Hospice, in Martinsburg. Steve was a humble soul who enjoyed a simple life. Born on July 28, 1950, he was the son of Thomas and Eleanor Seal. Steve is survived by his loving companion of 40 years, Juanita Nelson; daughter, Tanya Snyder and husband, Mark of Hedgesville; Steven Seal II and wife, Nellie of Martinsburg; five grandkids, Aiden, Braylon, Madison and Jayden Seal, and Bentley Snyder; two brothers, Jerry Seal and wife, Diane and Jack Seal and wife, Mary; four sisters Gladys Prichard and husband, Marshall, Karen Holston and James, Nancy Lowe, and Alice Fleming and husband, Tom; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Thomas and Herbert (Buzzy) Seal; and one sister, Joyce Seal. Family will receive friends on Monday, January 27, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg. Interment will be at The Seal Family Cemetery on Tuesday at noon.
