Ricky Berie Gibson passed from this life in Tulsa on November 9, 2019 at the age of 62. A memorial service will be at 1:00pm on Friday, November 15, 2019 at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Yale, OK, with Brother Michael Dershem officiating. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of the arrangements. Ricky was born on August 17, 1957 in Idabel, OK to Berie and Mary Louise Gibson. He attended Mason High school graduating in 1975 and then served in the army reserve and later became a police officer and security officer. Ricky was preceded in death by his mother and one brother, Star Gibson. He is survived by both fathers, Berie Gibson and Tom Wilkerson; nine children, Joshua Gibson, Sunshine Glasscock, Daniel Gibson, Jacob Gibson, Lori Huck, Amber Sulak, Jewell Gibson, Ashley Detwiler and Rachel Gibson; 23 grandchildren and two siblings, Taloa Gibson and Tawalla Gibson.
