Obituary of Tammie L. Courtney Tammie L. Courtney, 44, of Gloversville entered into eternal life Friday, September 20, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 31, 1975 in Gloversville, and is the daughter of Glory Nellis of Gloversville, and the late Gary Groves. She is survived by her loving children Anthony (Kristina) Walters of Gloversville, seven daughters Samantha (Joshua) Groves of Gloversville, Victoria (Joshua) Courtney of Yonkers, Kimberly (John) Arroyo of Gloversville, Maria (Dylan) Arroyo Johnstown, Brittany Walters of Johnstown, Madison Walters of Johnstown, and Abigayle Walters of Johnstown. Two sisters Mary Groves-Hinkle of Johnstown, and Billie-Jo Pickney of Maryland, Grandchildren Aidan Goodrich, Talon Bunn, and Coleson Walters, and also by many aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Besides her father Tammie is also predeceased by her brother Brad Groves. During her lifetime Tammie was a CNA at River Ridge Living Center. She enjoyed coloring especially with her gel pens, loved playing video games, and enjoyed listening to Rap music. Tammie also enjoyed a cup of coffee from Cumberland Farms.
