Randall was born in Kansas City, MO, on Dec. 24, 1957 to Raymond E. and Patricia R. (Rum) Charlier. He worked for the City of Wichita Water Plant for 26 years. Randy was an avid lover of motorcycles, fishing, and all things family. He served in the US Navy and served as President of the Riders Club at VFW Post 3115. He was preceded in death by father, Raymond, and sons, Adam Charlier and Ryan Mull. He is survived by mother, Patricia Charlier, of Overland Park, KS, sisters Debbie (Randy) Morgan of Little Elm, TX and Mickie Charlier of Colorado Springs, CO; daughters, Jennifer (Shane) Charlier-Richards of Wichita, KS, Wendy Conn of Grandview, MO, Brittany Goodwin, of CO; and David Patterson, Wichita, KS, Preston Carr, Garden City, KS; grandchildren, Devin Conn, Ayden Charlier, Greyson Richards, Kamron Voorhees, Drake Patterson, Zerryn Patterson, Hazel Patterson, Keston Rhodes, Bryan Carr and Samuel Mendoza; companion, Kelly Stever, as well as countless extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held Sat., Aug. 31, at 10:00 am, at Affinity All Faiths Mortuary, 2850 S. Seneca, Wichita. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Robert J. Dole Homeless Vets Program, 5500 E.
