Obituary Ermelinda Do Carmo Coelho, age 86 of Eighth St., East Providence, died Friday, August 9, 2019 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of the late Jose Martins Fagundes. She was born in Terceira, Azores, a daughter of the late Antonio Coelho da Fonseca and the late Maria (Rosa) Fonseca.
