Of O’Hara Township, formerly of Sharpsburg on Saturday, June 15, 2019. Vera was born in Pittsburgh on July 5, 1927 to the late Andrew Edmund Missenda and Marie (Kruth) Missenda. Beloved wife of the late Alexander Vujaklia, sister of Andrew (Mary Rose) Missenda of Harrisburg, aunt of Mary Beth Missenda and Lisa Marie Missenda, friend of Gloria Fiorentino. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters; Mary and Ruth Missenda, and her brother Msgr. Edward S. Missenda. No Visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, June 22 at St. Juan Diego Parish, St. Mary Church, 210 Garnier St., Sharpsburg. Time to Be Determined. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Sharps Hill.
