Sandra’s Obituary Sandra Kay Snodgrass, age 69, of Ewing, VA, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at the UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. She was born on May 23, 1950, the daughter of the late Roy and Rowena Bailey. Her favorite pastime was to go fishing with her son, Tracy and her dog, Chico. She is survived by the following members of her family: Son, Tracy Snodgrass Sr. of Ewing, VA; Daughter, Julia Snodgrass Halcomb of Hazard, KY; Brothers, Gary Bailey of Westfield, IN and Bill Bailey of Rockwood, MI; Sister, Vickie Bailey Millikan of Atlanta, IN; Grandchildren, Tracy Snodgrass Jr. of Richmond, KY, Kayla Snodgrass of Ewing, VA, Ceria Hall of Lenoir City, TN and Brandi Edds of Tazewell, TN; and a host of other family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 10, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with the Funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Dr. William Boyd Bingham presiding, at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel in Middlesboro, KY. Pallbearers will be Tim Ayers, Steven Edds, Lee Halcomb, Scott Gascho, Taylor Williams and Tracy Snodgrass, Jr. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., at the Elydale Cemetery in Ewing, VA.
