Randy Michael Katzer Standish, Michigan Randy age 58, loving husband, father, papa and son passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at McLaren Bay Region Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born on October 30, 1960 in Bay City, Michigan to Arthur & Joan (Underwood) Katzer. He married Debra Goodman on November 12, 1993 in Standish, Michigan.
