Kenneth Wayne Young, 51, of Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away June 7, 2019, at his home in Hutchinson, Kansas. He was born on September 20, 1967 in Medicine Lodge, Kansas, the son of Bernard C. and Teresa E. Young. He was a retired employee of Orkin Pest Control. He was known as an avid KU basketball fan and never missed watching or listening to his beloved Jayhawks. He loved spending time outdoors fishing and listening to his favorite ’80’s rock classics. He was a friend to so many people. Survivors include 1 daughter, Whitny Teresa Young of Inman, Kansas; 3 brothers, William ( Clovis) Young, Michael ( Jane) Young, Wesley ( Diane) Young; 1 sister, Donna Gould; 1 sister in law, Linda Young. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, Joseph, 1 sister, Kathy. Per his request cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
