John Henry Root passed away from lung cancer on Monday June 10th at the age of 59. He has left behind his two daughters Autumn and Shyanne and his son Jonathon Root. Along with his mother (Marilyn Root), sisters (Cynthia Holland and Trina Root), his step children (Chelsey, Alizabeth, Paul and Dalton Ferris), as well as twelve grand kids with three on the way. John is proceeded in death by his father Harold Root. John was born in Albion Michigan on December 31st 1959. He has been cremated upon his wishes. In lieu of flowers his children ask that donations be sent to Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home in his name (John Root).
