Hardin (Stafford) peacefully passed away on Thursday June 20, 2019 at seasons Hospice. Franzele, also known as Frannie, Fran-Fran and Fran. She graduated from Wilmington High School in 1974. She was hired at DuPont Company in 1973. She liked to dance, do puzzles and Koala bears. She was also called the “Collard Green” queen. She was a very loving person. She is survived by her siblings Michele, Kevin Stafford, Jocelyn Cooper (Robert), and Charyce Broomer.Her uncle, Howard L. Stafford and aunt, Janice Portlock(James), great nieces, nephews, 2 goddaughters; Tameka and Stephanie.Also survived by her beloved friend, Joseph Hodges and a host of cousins, friends and extended family. Service will be held on Saturday July 6, 2019 at 10 am. Viewing 9-10 am, Mt. Salem UAME Church, 4th and Bayard Street Delaware City, DE. Interment, Green Hill Cemetery.
