Mr. Reginald Foy Phillips, 68, passed away on June 17, 2019. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 6PM in the Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Milledgeville with the Rev. Rick Parsons officiating. Private burial will be held at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Williams Funeral Home on Thursday from 5 -6 PM. Mr. Phillips was the son of the late Cecil Roy Phillips, Sr. and Odell Moore Phillips. He spent most of his life in Bibb County and enjoyed fishing and his family. He was preceded in death by a great grandchild, Julian Rafael Montes; and siblings, Roy Phillips, Troy Phillips, Levenia Achord, Auntie Ruth Mathews, Doyle Phillips, Dorothy Reeves, Shirley Winters, and Perry Phillips. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his wife, Tressa Phillips of Lizella; children, Lynn Parsons (Rick), Ronnie Christian, Wendy Kirkland (James), Adrianne Wright, Kaley Stokes, Amber Stone (Ralph), and Brittany Langston (Austin); 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, siblings, Geraldine Mims, Ruby Becham, Warren Phillips, Terry Phillips, Brenda Snellgrove, Debra Wolfe, and Mott Rodgers
