Austin’s Obituary Austin Travis Nasby, 26, of Otisco, IN passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, June 8, 2019. Born October 28, 1992 in Clark County, IN, he is the son of Scott Nasby of Otisco, IN and Vicki (Goldman) Ritchie of Lawrenceburg, KY. Austin was a 2011 Henryville High School graduate and attended the former Mt. Moriah Christian Church. He enjoyed drawing, hunting, fishing, boating, riding horses, enjoyed playing music, shooting guns, sports, and tattoos. Austin was working as a general laborer at Estes Excavating in Jeffersonville, IN. Other survivors include, his stepdad, James Ritchie of Lawrenceburg, KY, 1 son, Langdon Lee Slaughter of Otisco, IN, grandparents, Mary Lou Goldman of Clarksville, IN, James R. & Ruth Ann (Burr) Nasby of Otisco, IN, aunts and uncles, Robin Langerlier of Massachusetts, Paula Ricks of Charlestown, IN, William Nasby of Louisville, KY, Jason Nasby of Otisco, IN, Anthony (Melissa) Nasby of Henryville, IN, and Chuckie Goldman of Clarksville, IN. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Henryville, with burial to follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Henryville.
