Ann “Maureen” Boyle Lennox, 82, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at Sterling Care at Frostburg Village Nursing Home after a long illness with her son, Mark, by her side. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Edward Snyder Sr. He was the father of her three sons, Chuck, Mark and Rob. She is also preceded by her father, Steven Sylvester Boyle and mother, Anna Bernadine Grahame Boyle; siblings, Bernadine Grove and husband Harry, Alice “Joan” Logsdon and husband Pat, Colleen Morgan and husband Bill, Eileen Bridges and husband Homer; a brother Steven Patrick Boyle; brothers in law, George Flynn and Jimmy Murray; nephew, Harry Grove Jr.; grandson, Charles Edward “Charlie” Snyder; nephew, Mark Logsdon and niece, Jenny Shaffer. Maureen is survived by her caring husband of 49 years, Robert “Bob’ Lennox; sisters, Elaine Flynn and Robertine “Bobbie” Murray; sons, Charles Edward “Chuck” Snyder Jr. and wife Cyndi, Short Gap, Mark Allan Snyder and wife Laureen, Ill., Rob Snyder, FL.; one daughter, Mary Beth Mendoza, Baltimore; grandchildren, Chase, Tessa, Joey, Taylor and Noah; great grandchildren, Cameron, Ryley, Savanna, Stella, Caleb, Cayson, Cutter, Gavin and Emily. Mrs. Lennox is a graduate of Catholic Girls Central and Allegany College. She was employed with the Personal Care Program at the Allegany County Nursing Home. She was a member of Our Lady of the Mountains Parish, Mt. Savage, Ancient Order of Hibernians, Catholic Daughters of American and was a faithful volunteer for the Crippled Children’s League. Maureen loved to spend time with her family. She loved playing bingo, cards and really enjoyed slots. She didn’t see a slot machine she didn’t enjoy. In accordance with her wishes, Maureen will be cremated. A Gathering of family and friends will be held at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD, on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, from 4-7pm with services following. favorite_border Donations Pledges
