Millsaps will be from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Saturday April 6, 2019 at Leona U.M. Church, and the funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM following the visitation, Rev. Louis Johnson officiating. Willie is the son of James W. Millsaps and Charlotte Garner. He leave in memory his wife Gloria Coleman Millsaps. He leave in memory five sons: Keon Coleman, Jersworn Cooley, Maurice Cooley, Demarco Cooley, and Gregory Barnes. He leave three daughters: Aaliyah Millsap, Teyuna Cooley, and Kristy Musgrove. He leave in memory two brothers: Willie C. Payton, Arlisha Massy. One sister Thelma Payton , 32 grandchildren, and other family and friends.
