Obituary of William C. “Bill” Willer William C. “Bill” Willer, age 90, of Geneseo, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was predeceased by his first wife, Dolores Cornelius Willer and brother, Donald Willer. He is survived by his wife of almost 35 years, Janice L. Willer, daughter, Laurie (David) Eaton of Piffard, grandson, Chad (Victoria Gaffney) Eaton of Caledonia, brother, James (Pauline) Willer of Penfield, several in laws, nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Bill was born August 13, 1928 in Rochester, NY the son of William H. and Elsie A. Gaedt Willer. He was a US Army Korean War Veteran. Bill retired from Eastman Kodak in Rochester as an Electrical Engineer after 38 years. He was a member of VFW Posts #1246 and #5005 both in Geneseo and a longtime member of the Central Presbyterian Church. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at 11 AM at the Central Presbyterian Church in Geneseo with Rev. Dr. Nancy Lowmaster officiating. Interment will be in the Central Presbyterian Church Memorial Garden. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Central Presbyterian Church, 31 Center St., Geneseo, NY 14454 or VFW Post #5005, PO Box 221, Geneseo, NY 14454.
