Obituary On October 24, 1940, William Michael Scott (Mike) was born in Atlanta, Texas to W.E. (Dub) and Jeff Ensey Scott. Mike grew up in Atlanta, graduated from Atlanta High School, and loved his hometown. In 1965, Mike joined the Dallas Police Department.
