Wanda Sue Brewer age 69 of Paris died Thursday, April 18, 2019, at her residence. Wanda formerly was a truck driver and waitress. She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. Her hobbies included working on cars, watching Nascar, spending time with her family, and when her health allowed, cooking for her family. She also enjoyed camping with her family and was an avid Harley Davidson rider. Born September 23, 1949, in Buchanan, TN, she was the daughter of the late Robert Miller Buie and the late Willie Sue Hart Buie. She was married to William Leon “Billy” Brewer, who preceded in death July 17, 2006. She is survived by a daughter, DeChiell Brewer of Jacksonville, NC; four sons, Dion Chenoweth and his fiancée Tonia Baker of Paris, Dale Chenoweth of Flat Rock, MI, Shawn Chenoweth and his Fiancee Brandie Hathaway of Paris, and Deven Brewer and his fiancée Christina Underwood of South Fulton, TN; seven grandchildren, Austin Chenoweth, Sasha Chenoweth, Kristin Chenoweth, Dawn (Erik) Henderson, Tanna (Dillion) Ford, Ashley (Derek) Glover and Myrna Fernandez; seven great grandchildren, and her very best friend Evana Davis of Paris. Along with her parents and husband, Wanda was preceded in death by two brothers, Delaine Buie and Daythel “Dave” Buie, and a grandson Joshua Dion Chenoweth. Arrangements will be handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home 201 Dunlap St., Paris, TN 38242.Visitation will be held Monday, April 22, 2019, at Ridgeway Funeral Home from 4 until 7 pm and continue Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 11am until 1pm. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2019, in LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 1 pm with Chad Kennedy officiating. Pallbearers for the service will be Austin Chenoweth, Coleman Benefiel, Chase Taylor, Billie Page, Steven Papaleo and Johnny Lickert. Burial will follow the service in Shady Grove Cemetery.
