Obituary of Timothy Silver Brasher Falls – Timothy V. Silver, 63, of Keenan Road, passed away Tuesday, April 9th, 2019. There will be no calling hours or funeral services. Timothy was born on May 13, 1955 in Massena, son of the late Henry and Catherine (Oney) Silver. Timothy prided himself in his gardens and self-reliance. He became a well-known member of the Brasher Falls community as the President of the C. C. Dam Association where he helped rehabilitate the camping area for our community as well as hosted many gatherings. Timothy is survived by his partner of 44 years, Richard Green; two sisters, Nancy and her husband Danny Silver of FL, Ginger Silver of TN and many friends, nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he is predeceased by a brother, Daniel Silver and two sisters, Carol Silver and Lorraine Keese.
