Roger’s Obituary LOVING HUSBAND, FATHER & GRANDPA Roger Keith McQueen, 70, of Belle Fourche South Dakota passed away at his home, with family by his side on Wednesday, April 10th, 2019. He was born on April 27, 1948 in Denver, Colorado to Carl and Dorothy (Case) McQueen. He grew up in Denver and attended Denver Public Schools with two sisters, Carol and Barbara along with one brother, Robert. On July 19, 1965 he married Pamela Conaway in Colorado. They resided in Colorado, raising five children; Todd, Adam, Seth, Hayley and Alisha. Roger worked in the trash/sanitation business for 44 years and retired in 1996 just after they moved to South Dakota. Roger enjoyed spending time with his family along with fishing, music, singing, laughing and joking with friends. He was a wonderful husband and father. He loved his wife, children and grandchildren with all his heart and soul, for all who knew him, had love and respect for him. He also had a deep love for his savior, Jesus Christ. Roger is survived by his wife, Pamela McQueen, of Belle Fourche, South Dakota; his children, Todd McQueen of Denver, Colorado; Adam (Tuesdi) McQueen of Denver, Colorado; Seth McQueen of Belle Fourche, South Dakota; Hayley (Donny) Snell of Denver, Colorado; Alisha (Jeremy) Bowar of Spearfish, South Dakota; eighteen grandchildren, Ethan, Wyatt, Cole, Lucas, Madelyn, Jakob, Brock, Payton, Preston, Paylyn, Zoey, Bray, Willow, Irie, Winnie, Bec, Mallery and Sadie; one great-grandson, Paxton; one brother, Robert McQueen of Spearfish, South Dakota; one sister, Barbara Nichols of Carlin, Nevada and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; Carl McQueen and mother Dorothy (Case) McQueen; son, Roger Keith McQueen Jr; grandson, Kyle McQueen and granddaughter, Mary McQueen; sister, Carol (McQueen) Larson.
