Robert L. Kerr 84, of Valparaiso, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2019. He was born July 16, 1934 in Hammond, Indiana to David and Marie Kerr. He is survived by his children Deborah Kerr Cook, Andrea Miller, David Kerr, William Kerr and many grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Elenore (Meyer) Kerr and his parents. There is no visitation or services.
