Roanna Marie Viands August 13, 1960 – April 28, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Roxanna Marie Viands, 58, of Kearneysville went to be with Jesus on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility, Kearneysville. Born Aug. 13, 1960 in Jefferson County. She was the daughter of Clyde William Viands and the late Ellen Marie (Heishman) Viands. Ms. Viands had been employed with the Hallmark Store in Charles Town and Martinsburg. Also was employed with the Cracker Barrel. She was of the Baptist faith and was a graduate of Jefferson High School, class of 1979. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her sister, Donna L. Viands; paternal and maternal grandparents. She is survived by her father, Clyde William Viands and wife JoAnn Jackson Viands, of Ranson, brothers, Clyde W. “Billy” Viands, Jr. and wife Rebecca, of Ranson, Kevin Wayne Viands and wife Raquel, of Charles Town; two nephews, four nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 3, 2019 at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town with Dr. Brian Hotaling officiating. Interment is in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg. Friends will be received 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
