Mr. Black was a member of The Church of Christ. He worked for Georgia Pacific for 16 years and for Mississippi Tank Company as a purchasing agent for 16 years. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict. He was preceded in death by his parents Lavelle and Dice Marie Black; brother, Ronnie Black; sister, Dwana Black and granddaughter Amelia Black. He is survived by his wife, Linda Black of Moselle, MS; son, Mark Black of Moselle, MS and grandchildren, Ashley, Alex, Alecia, and Alijah Black. Graveside Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2019, in Lewisville, AR in the Wilson Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Moselle.
