Remia Pearl Androschko, age 87, of Deerbrook, died Thursday, April 25 at Rosalia Gardens under the care of her family and LeRoyer Hospice. Remia was born on March 16, 1933 in Antigo to the late John and Edna (Kramer) Tenant. On October 10, 1950, she was united in marriage to Fred Androschko in Antigo. The couple built a home in Kenosha and resided there for over 30 years. Remia worked for American Motors and raised her family there. Upon retirement, Remia and Fred returned to Antigo and together they built their retirement home in Deerbrook. They created many wonderful memories with their children and grandchildren there. Remia enjoyed fishing and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. In addition to her husband, Remia is survived by her daughter Karen (Don) Brown of Wauseon, OH; 2 sons, Tom (Donna) Androschko of Minoqua and Jody Androschko of Kenosha; a dear niece Brenda (Mike) Arts, 12 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Remia was preceded in death by a grandson Tom Androschko; 2 sisters, Julie and Leah; and 2 brothers, Roger and Gerald. In accordance with her wishes a private family memorial service will be held. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Strasser-Roller Funeral Home has been entrusted with her care.
