Obituary of Patricia Ann Stewart Neighbors Patricia “Pat” Stewart Neighbors, 68, of Lynchburg, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, April 28, 2019. Born August 21, 1950 in Oklahoma, OK, Pat was a daughter of the late Arthur Stewart, Jr. and Jane T. Tyree (George). She was preceded in death by her son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Ashley Johnson. Pat retired from Centra Health. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, James Neighbors; two sons, Ray Johnson Tyree (Teresa) and Ernest Johnson Tyree (Pat); a step-daughter, Brenda Loop; two grandchildren, Allyson Ponton and Brihanna Johnson; two sisters, Terry DeJarnette and Belinda Lacy (Barry); one brother, Tim Tyree (Sharon) numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchilden, other relatives and friends. Pat loved bingo, facebook and camping. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday May 3, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Diuguid Funeral Service & Crematory, Waterlick Chapel (434) 237-2722. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123 A special thank you to Dr. Patel, the hospices nurses from Centra Hospice and all her friends for their encouragement and support.
