Patricia’s Obituary Patricia A. (Lue) Chambers, 83, of Mexico, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2019, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia. Memorial Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, at Arnold Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Ayanna Shivers officiating. Patricia was born March 7, 1936, the daughter Earl and Julia (Scott) Lue. On March 12, 1955 in Mexico, she married the love of her life, John Robert Chambers. He passed away October 15, 2011. Miss Pat, as she was known, drove the Head Start bus for over 30 years. Miss Pat never met a stranger and was loved by many. She will be missed. Survivors include two sons, Robert (Glenda) Chambers, of Mexico and Thomas Chambers, of Mexico, special daughter, Twila (Sherman) Overton, of Mexico; five grandchildren, LaShonda Chambers, of Des Moines, Iowa, Christopher Chambers, of Columbia, Ashley McDonald Ramclam (Diandi),of Houston, Texas, Bryan O’Connor, of Titusville, Florida, and Alex (Crissa) O’Connor, of Mexico; one great-granddaughter, Juelz Chambers, of Des Moines, Iowa; one lifetime friend, Phyllis Belcher, of Mexico; and numerous cousins, friends, nieces and nephews. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two sons, James Lyndell Chambers and Glen Eric Chambers.
