Megan Elizabeth Daly, 31 of Newnan, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019. Megan was born October 19, 1987 in Lawrenceville, GA to Donald Eugene Daly & Linda Vesel Daly. Megan grew up in Lawrenceville, GA where she graduated from Brookwood High School in 2006. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Georgia Gwinnett College in May 2015. Her love for children with disabilities was evidenced in her career as a Special Education Teacher. Megan was devoted to the children she taught at Arbor Springs Elementary School for the last two years. Her kind heart led her to a love of animals, particularly dogs. The funeral is Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 3 o’clock in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with the Very Reverend Scott Harding officiating. The family will greet friends at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m. Thursday.
