Obituary for Mary Field WESTFIELD- Mary J. (McClay) Field, 84, died on April 13, 2019, at home. Mary was born September 12, 1934, in Mars Hill, the daughter of James and Alma (Boyd) McClay. Mary enjoyed cooking and retired from NMCC as a cook. Mary is survived by her husband, Wendell; and children – Wanda (Wayne) Holmes of Easton, ME, Wendie (Steve) Flach of Voorheesville, NY and Wendell Dale of Westfield, ME; grandsons, Zachary and Taylor. Three brothers and their spouses, Vail (Anna) McClay of Southington, CT, Richard (Dottie) McClay of Easton, ME, Sterling (Connie) McClay of Sutton, MA, and a sister-in-law, Ardith McClay of Terryville, CT; as well as several nieces & nephews, and many dear friends. She was predeceased by her parents, a sister, Jackie Beals and a brother, Bill McClay. Friends and family may call at the Mars Hill Full Gospel Assemble of Mars Hill on Saturday, April 20, 2019, from 1 to 3 p.m., the funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. with Pastor Wes Faloon. The family would like to thank all the family and friends for their support. Committal services will be later in the spring at Marshall Cemetery, Westfield.
