Martha Argo Butler, age 68 of Leesburg, passed away Saturday, April 27th at Shepherds Cove Hospice in Albertville. Funeral services will be 1: PM Wednesday, May 1st at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bill Rucker officiating; burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:AM until 1:PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers include Ethan Jones, Tyler Jones, Anthony Mitchell, Bo Mitchell, Daryl Mitchell, Dom Brockitt. Survivors include a daughter, Malisa Jones of Leesburg; brother, Gerald Argo of Scottsboro; grandchildren, Ethan Jones, Tyler Jones, and Elizabeth Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allan Butler; son, Tony Jones; brother, Arnold Argo; sisters, Patricia Alexander , Gail Clark, Marie Moon. Mrs. Butler was a native of Gadsden, the daughter of the late George Douglas and Syble Adeen Young Argo and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Duck Springs.
