Lola Rae (Null) Westfall January 13, 1934 – April 20, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Lola Rae (Null) Westfall, 85, of McAlester, died Saturday, April 20, 2019 at her residence. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Bishop Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2019 at North Town Church of Christ officiated by Mr. Kelly Benson. Burial will follow at Pryor Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ronald West, Bruce “Smokey” Wood, Evan Northam, Brian Sightler, Justin Kerns, and Randy Westfall. Honorary pallbearers will be Woody Null, Steven Null, Stanley Elms, Gordon Null, and Justin Cooley. Lola was born to James Edward and Nannie Artimas (Rowe) Null on January 13, 1934 in Stuart. She went to White Chimney School near Stuart. Lola married Fred Lee Westfall on January 12, 1956 in McAlester, and he preceded her in death July 9, 1997. They had lived in Tuscon, South Carolina, Arizona, and California before returning to McAlester in 1975. She was a homemaker, but also worked for Seamprufe, as a home health provider, and as a nurse’s aid. Lola was a member of the North Town Church of Christ. She loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren. Lola collected over 500 Precious Moments figurines and eagles. She was preceded in death by her parents: James and Nannie Null: her husband: Fred Lee Westfall, and her brothers and sisters. Survivors include her daughters: Saundra Northam and husband, Dennis, Yvonne Westfall; son: Brian Westfall, all of McAlester; grandchildren: Evan Northam and wife, Josett, Allison Cooley and husband, Justin, Lori Ann Sightler and husband, Brian, Jennifer Kitchens and husband, Austin, and Megan Westfall; sixteen great-grandchildren; brother-in-law: Larry Westfall of Camden, South Carolina; nephews: Scotty Westfall and Kristie Presler; and numerous other nieces, nephews, and family and friends.
