Lena’s Obituary Services for Lena Faye Denson, 90, of Ada are 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the Southwest Church of Christ, Floyd Kaiser and Dennis Kelly will officiate. Burial will follow at McGee Cemetery. Mrs. Denson died Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at her home. She was born July 8, 1928 in Ravenna, TX to Raymond E. and Evy Mae Jones Garrett. She married T. I. Denson January 8, 1949 in Hereford, TX. He preceded her in death April 23, 2006. She was a retired dairy farmer and homemaker. Mrs. Denson was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Denson of Ada and Elaine Kelly and husband Dennis of Edmond; a son, Tom Denson and wife Geneva of Byng; six grandchildren, Tim Denson of Ada, Denise Kelly of Edmond, Allison Harms and husband Ryan of Edmond, Kelsey Carter and husband Brice of Jenks, Todd Denson of Stillwater and Trey Denson and wife Daron of Henrietta, TX; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Weldon “Buddy” Garrett of Azle, TX and Darrell Garrett and wife Tinker of Katy, TX. She was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Tandie Denson and Tara Denson. Bearers will be, Todd Denson, Trey Denson, Ryan Harms, Brice Carter, Eugene Cannon and David Garrett. Read More
