1969-2019 Karen Gabaldon Zamora, age 49, a resident of Tome, NM, was called to rest with our Lord on April 5, 2019, after a long illness. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tome. Karen loved to fish, camp and she loved being outdoors. She loved being with her daughter, family, nieces, nephews and friends. They loved her so much. Karen always had a special place in her heart for each and every one of them. She was so proud of her nephew Sgt., Tyler Lewis, because he is a United States Marine. Karen is preceded in death by her son, Brian Zamora; father, Gilbert Zamora; brother, Freddie Zamora. She is survived by her loving daughter, Brittney Echols; loving mother, Stella Zamora and her step-dad Ernie Gilbert; loving brothers, Cayetano Zamora (Angie) and Johnny Zamora; loving sister, Sandra Suarez (Yovan). Karen had two lovely granddaughters, Briana Zamora and Zoey LaRae Gladue and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Services will be held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. The Zamora family would like to thank their family and friends for their love, support, prayers, contributions and flowers during this most difficult time.
