Judith Frances Stover, 75, of Troy, died Thursday, April 18, 2019 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born in Laurens County to the late Harmon G. and Jimmy White Murrah. Judith was currently employed with Walgreens in Greenwood. She was fond of all genres of music and often enjoyed playing the piano. Dancing, especially the salsa, was a favorite hobby. Her talents were exemplified in the detailed portraits she painted. Judith was of the United Methodist faith. She is survived by her son, Scott Lewis (Jacquelynn) of N. Augusta; two daughters, Kristi Arflin (Ricky) of Fountain Inn and Teia Lewis of Connecticut; eight grandchildren, Daquan, Alyssa, Hayle, Jacquel, Dayne, Sara, Christopher and Heather; and two great-grandchildren, Lilla and Matthew. The family will receive friends 4:00PM – 5:00PM, Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Harris Funeral Home, Abbeville Chapel. A service to celebrate Judith’s life will begin at 5:00PM in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Larry Epps officiating. Memorial contributions, in memory of Judith, may be sent to the McCormick County Humane Society, P.O. Box 100, McCormick, SC 29835.
