Obituary Juan Vurtant Perkins, 56, of Hickory passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory. He was born July 6, 1963 in Mecklenburg County to the late Ernestine Perkins. Juan was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Conover.
