Jessie’s Obituary Jessie L. Debord was born on May 22, 1942, in Rockcastle County, Kentucky, the son of the late Virgil Carl “Tip” Debord and Nellie Rowe Bullen. He is survived by his wife, Selma Decker Debord of Somerset, six children, Florinda Warren and husband, Mark, of Somerset, Shiela Waters and husband, Jerry, of Niles, Michigan, Josh Randall and wife, Jen, of Somerset, John Bolin and wife, Marlene, of London, Mitchell Bolin and wife, Sue, and Corey Bolin and wife, Stacy, all of Somerset, ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, plus a host of other friends and relatives to mourn his passing. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by five siblings, Juanita, Leonard and Linburg Debord, Geraldine Gommer and Gene Rowe. He was a retired roofer and a member of Line Creek Baptist Church. Jessie L. Debord departed this life at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, being 76 years, 9 months and 26 days of age. Funeral services for Jessie L. Debord will be conducted at 1 PM Sunday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Jack Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Debord Cemetery in Rockcastle County. The family of Jessie L.
