Jasper Davis Collins Mr. Jasper Davis Collins age 90 of Martin passed away Saturday April 20, 2019 at Hartwell Health and Rehab. A son of the late John and Myrtle Reed Collins, he was born September 22, 1928 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived most of his life. He was a retired electrician with Union IBEW #379 and a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. He was a World War II veteran having served in the Navy.
