James Shorty Eden August 31 1943 March 30 2019 (age 75)

EDEN, James (Shorty) – age 75 of Lebanon entered into his heavenly home on Saturday, March 30, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Wilson and Louise Eden; brother, J. W. Eden & Farris W. Eden; sisters, Lily Faye Moore, Doris Ann Smith, Virginia Martin, Mary Lou Groves, and Rebecca Moore. Mr. Eden is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 53 years, Mary Eden; sister, Minnie Mai Thompson of Portland. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends, Allen & Lisa Wall and David Kelsey. He was a member of Gladeville Church of Christ and retired from Thompson Plumbing Company. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be on Friday, April 5, at 3 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service. Bro. Bill Speight officiating. Interment will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the charity of your choice in memory of Mr. Eden.
