Helen Joyce Plonka. Age 96. Helen passed away on Monday, April 22, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Louis Plonka. Loving mother of Sharon (Dennis) Lytle. Cherished Grandma of Ryan William and Devin Lindsey. Great Grandmother of Patrick Joseph Lytle and Eliza Jane Lytle. Daughter of the late Kazimir and Josephine Monusko. Dearest sister of Stella (Norbert) Kuk, Kazimir Jr. (Loretta) Monusko, Eugene (Wanda) Monuka, and Edward Monusko. Aunt of Diane (Mark) Cirillo, Wayne (Marlene) Monusko, Michael (Linda) Cirillo, Marty Monusko, Danny Monusko, David Monusko and the late Richard Monusk0 and Mark Monusko. Helen was a warrior and extremely determined. She worked for Ford Motor Company for many years. There will be an Instate at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, April 29, 2019 at St. Kateri Catholic Church, 16101 Rotunda Drive, Dearborn, Michigan 48120 until the time of the Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment at St. Hedwig Cemetery in Dearborn Heights, Michigan.
