COURTESY NOTICE: Frieda Ann Hyde Campbell Monday, April 29, 2019 – 2:00:40 PM Frieda Ann Hyde Campbell, born May 18, 1952, of Haleyville, went to be with Jesus on Friday, April 26, 2019. Her memorial service will be held Sunday, May 5, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Haleyville First Baptist Church. Hamilton Funeral Home is assisting the family. Frieda was a long-standing member of her community. She was a member of First Baptist Church, where she was baptized. Frieda was a 1970 graduate of Haleyville High School. Upon graduation, she started her career at Newburg Road Lumber Company, where she committed over 37 years. Frieda was not only a doting grandmother, proud mother and devoted sister – she was also a voracious reader and movie enthusiast. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Hyde. She is survived by her three children, Eric Campbell, Katherine Campbell Mumalo and Samuel Campbell; her grandchild, Kacyn Campbell; three sisters, one brother and her mother, Christine Hyde.
