MONTALTO, Frank 92, of New Port Richey, Florida passed away on Sunday April 28th at HPH Hospice. He was born in Syracuse, New York on September 4, 1926. He was a US Army veteran, and a motorcycle patrol officer for the Syracuse Police Department before moving to Florida in 1972. He is survived by his beloved wife of 72 years, Rose Montalto; his son. Stephen N. Montalto (Mary Byrne); daughters, Susan Sylvester and Linda Cash; eight grandchildren, Sarah Montalto Cabeza, Stephen F. Montalto, Laura Montalto, Renee Montalto, Michael Sylvester, Anthony Sylvester, Dakota Cash and Jordan Cash; and three great-grandchildren, DeShea Albritton, Matthew Sylvester and Anthony Sylvester, Jr. Frank was preceded in death by his sisters, Catherine Intondi and Rose Montalto and his parents Lucy and Natale Montalto. Visitation will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm on Thursday, May 2nd followed by funeral services at 5 pm at Grace Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home in Hudson, Florida.
