Frances’ Obituary Frances Lee Bevineau, 82, of Beloit, Wisconsin, passed away at her home on Monday, April 29, 2019. Frances was born on May 13, 1932, the daughter of Paul and Callie Williams. She was a longtime member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Beloit. Frances worked as a secretary at Beloit Memorial High School for many years. Frances is survived by her children, Lisa Bevineau, Kim Bevineau, Vida Bevineau, Richard Bevineau, and Driena Grady; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with many other relatives and friends.
