Frances Romaine Bennett, 66 years of age, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2019. She was born on February 12, 1953, to Ellie and Esther LaCaze Bennett in Natchitoches, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Ellie Ray Bennett and Minnie Mae Bennett. She touched the heart of everyone she met, especially her family, who deeply loved her. She is survived by her siblings, Doris Garlington, Evelyn Buzzetta, Mary Lou Rachal, Linda Sue Rachal, Dixie Talmadge, Catherine LaCaze, Beryl Bennett, Cecil Bennett, Lester Bennett, Leslie Bennett, and Richard Meylan.
