Eugene Thompson May 18, 1928 – April 24, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Service of Remembrance for Eugene “Tommy” Thompson, 90, of Reeder, ND will be Monday, April 29, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. MT at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Reeder, ND. Pastor Deb Molbert will officiate and burial with Full Military Honors will be afforded by the Carl Hendrickson American Legion Post #51 of Reeder, will follow at the Rose Hill Cemetery, south of Reeder. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 28 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Reeder. Eugene passed away at the Western Horizons Care Center in Hettinger, ND on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. Grateful for having shared in his life are his wife, Evelyn Thompson, Reeder; their sons, Wayne (Marianna) Thompson, Devils Lake, ND and Clyde (Carol) Thompson, Bismarck, ND; three grandsons, Chad Thompson, Bismarck, ND, Craig Thompson, Denver, CO and Matthew Thompson, Yuma, AZ; sister, Delorid Sundlee, Montevideo, MN and a sister-in-law, Delores (Wilbert) Wirth, St. Louis, MO. Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Raymond and two sisters, Virginia Thompson and Darlene Tostenson.
