David D. Sistrunk Tyler, TX Graveside services for Mr. David D. Sistrunk, age 76, will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, April 26, 2019, at the Western Cemetery, Emerson, AR, with Dr. Mike McKee officiating and eulogy by Greg Dykes. Interment will follow under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, LA with full military honors. Mr. Sistrunk was born on August 10, 1942 to George W.and Oma Lee Dykes Sistrunk in Alexandria, LA and passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2019 in Tyler, TX. He was a graduate of Northwestern State University and he served his country in the U.S. Army for 37 years. He was a Shrine Clown, Master of the Cedar Grove Lodge, enjoyed aviation, loved family outings and exploring new places. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Pat A. Sistrunk of Tyler, TX; two sons, Mark Sistrunk and Adam Sistrunk; and ten grandchildren. Mr. Sistrunk was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Norma Sistrunk; and son, Michael Sistrunk.
