Charles A. “Spanky” DeVanna, 52, of Wapakoneta, died Sun. Feb. 24, 2019, at his residence in Wapakoneta. He was born Sept. 8, 1966, in Bellevue, OH, the son of James & Irene (Thompson) DeVanna, who preceded him in death. Survivors include, a brother, James DeVanna, Clyde, OH, 2 step-children, Cassie Whitmore, Wapakoneta, Cory Daisy, Continental, OH. Spanky worked with Ken Meyer Construction Co. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Aerie #691, Wapakoneta. There are no public services planned. Arrangements are being conducted by the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, Wapakoneta.
