Charlene Storey Horn, 75, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2019, at Landmark Assisted Living in Booneville. She was born in Prentiss County on February 20, 1944, to Walter Franklin Storey and Prudence Irene Strange Storey. Charlene had worked many years at Kimberly Clark Manufacturing, was a member of First United Methodist Church, and a member of DAR. She enjoyed reading, fishing, and gardening. She was an avid college sports fan and loved doing genealogy and learning more about the deeper roots of her family. She cherished spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Services will be 1:00 pm on Monday, April 8, 2019, at the Booneville Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David English officiating. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 5:00 until 8:00. Burial will be in Pisgah Methodist Church Cemetery. She is survived by her sons, Larry Horn and his wife, Monica, of Land O’Lakes, FL, and Brian Horn and his wife, Lori, of Booneville; a brother, Joseph Storey and his wife, Betty, of Hopkinsville, KY; sisters, Elizabeth Cox and husband, Bud, of Rienzi, and Barbara Phillips and husband, Bobby Wayne, of Thrasher; grandchildren, Amy Tice and husband, Brett, Cynthia Malone, and husband, Matthew, all of Baldwyn, Roger Horn of Blackland Community, Brianna Morrissette, and husband, Jared, Kayla Horn, and significant other, Zachery Morey, all of Jacksonville, NC, Laura Horn and John Horn, both of Booneville; great-grandchildren, Kadince and Cheyenne Malone, of Baldwyn, Daisy Morey and Ashton Morrissette, of Jacksonville, NC, and Ethan and Gabe Tice of Baldwyn.
