She was the wife of Antonio E. Mello to whom she was married to for 34 years. Born in Fall River. she was the daughter of the late Mary (Silvia) and Sylvester Hadala. She was a Graduate of U Mass, Dartmouth. Catherine had worked as a Medical Technologist at St. Anne’s Hospital. In addition to her husband, she leaves a son Daniel Antonio Mello (wife Catherine Ann). She is also survived by a sister Donna Casto (husband Tom) and a brother Paul Hadala. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 1st at the A F Almeida & Son Funeral Home 1309 Globe St, Fall River, MA from 4 to 7 PM. Please omit Flowers.
