Carlotta Patricia Paul, 68, passed away April 23, 2019 in Des Moines. A private family graveside service will be held April 26, 2019 at the Masonic Cemetery in Dallas Center. Carlotta was born June 23, 1950 in Jefferson, IA. Carlotta graduated from Lincoln High school in Stanwood, IA. She attained Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at The University of Northern Iowa.
