Robert Colton “Bobby” Best was born on September 6, 2000 to Shane and Jennifer (Engles) Best in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He departed this life on April 27, 2019 in Elk City, Oklahoma. Bobby grew up and attended school in Pryor and was currently a senior at Pryor High School. He was very accomplished in all aspects of his life.
